Effective July 9, 2026 · Muse (musechat.app) is the consumer product of Muse AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
This policy covers the musechat.app website and our waitlist. When the Muse app launches, it will have its own privacy policy covering stories, recordings, and conversations — privacy is the foundation of the product, and app data will be treated with stricter protections than described here.
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and, if you tell us, whether you're interested in Muse for yourself or for someone you love. Our website analytics and advertising partners (such as Meta and TikTok) may set cookies or collect standard usage data — pages visited, device type, and how you found us — to measure our advertising.
We use your email to send you waitlist updates: a short note from the founders, roughly weekly, plus your beta invitation when it's ready. We use aggregate signup and analytics data to understand which of our messages resonate. That's it.
We don't sell your information. We don't share your email with anyone except the service providers who operate our infrastructure (email delivery via MailerLite, website hosting), and they may only use it to provide those services to us.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you're off the list. You can also ask us to delete your information entirely by writing to evelyn@musechat.app, and we will.
